1. Packages are generally dispatched day after receiving the receipt order and are shipped via well-known courier service. 

2. Shipping charges includes handling and packing as well as postage costs also.  Transport fees may vary according to the total weight of the shipment but handling charges remain constant.  

3. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping will be applied to both of them.  

4. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care would be taken for fragile objects. Janta Sweet home Pvt. Ltd. Is not responsible for any damage after delivery. 

5. Our courier partners will deliver the shipment during working days excluding public holidays. Shipment time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected delays due to weather conditions and strikes.

Credit card ,Debit card, Net banking, UPI Transactions, Wallet payment  

There are no hidden charges. You only have to pay the sum shown at the time of checkout.  If you see any unauthorized transaction on your credit/debit card for purchases, please check with you family and friends who are authorized to make purchases on your behalf. In case of payment failure; try retry ensuring: Information passed from your side is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (net banking) etc.  Kindly also check whether your internet is providing uninterrupted connection.  If your account is debited even after a payment failure, a return debit is normally initiated by bank within 7 business days.  

If you as a customer want to cancel the order you can to it anytime up to the cut – off time of the slot i.e. before the product gets dispatched for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service or directly via the website.  

In such cases the refund will be credited to you store account, which can be used for further purchases.  

If we suspect any fraud transaction by a customer while using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel the order. We would maintain the list of fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny doing any further transaction with us in future.
